How We Will Introduce These Services

We are taking a careful, phased approach to ensure every member can access and benefit from these improvements.

Preparation & Testing

Our team is setting up and thoroughly testing each digital tool to make sure it is secure, reliable, and easy to use before members are invited to try it.

Staff Training

SACCO staff will be fully trained so that they can assist members, answer questions, and resolve any issues that arise during and after launch.

Member Communication

All active members will be informed directly — via SMS, notice boards, and in-office announcements — before any new digital channel goes live.

Guided Launch

New services will be introduced gradually so members can get comfortable at their own pace. In-person support will remain available throughout.
